PharmaSave - Brown plains
From the initial drawings and plans, Samico set about installing internal walls and partitions, new ceiling grids, floor tiles and plasterboards.
Choices Flooring
Ferntree Gully's 'Choices Flooring' needed everything in their shop knocked down and built up again from scratch. They didn't even want to keep any of the walls or the ceiling!
PharmAsAVE - Boronia
We installed sinks and basins, internal partitions, doors and windows, as well as joinery, including dispensary counters, consulting desks, stock units and overheads.

PharmaSave - Altona Meadows
For Pharmasave’s new store at Altona Meadows, we laid down a fully integrated chemists' shop fit. We took down, rebuilt and re-installed Pharmasave branded fittings and signage.
Amcal Pharmacy FIt Out - Highett
The bar was set high but we went in aiming to deliver the best results for a competitive price. Starting with an empty shell, Samico fitted out the entire store.
The Deck
Starting with some supplied designs, and an empty shop, Samico took charge of the whole restaurant fit out, from the stone floors to the electrical requirements and everything in their ceilings.
Total Eden
Developing 3D renders, we presented a walk-through ‘artist impression’ style animation so the Total Eden team could see, in real-time, what the finished product would look like.
Radiant JEWELERS
Samico completed a prestigious high end retail shop fit out for Radiant Jewelers. Care and precision resulted in a very successful display and shop solution for the jewelry products.
Holiday Home Construction
When we started this project, we started with nothing. The client had only a contemporary holiday home in mind. With simply that, Samico took care of everything from concept to completion.
House Extension
We imported unique tiles from Italy, matching the existing flooring and house-fittings. We made the extension blend seamlessly, as if it were part of the house from day one.
Home Renovation
Our builders improved on the existing design by adding a new living area extension plus putting in new landscaping, keeping its old-world charm yet updating it for the 21st Century.
