Sunshine Medical Centre

The Sunshine Medical Centre is a great example of Samico’s ability to transform spaces. In this instance Samico converted a residential property into a fully functioning medical centre.

The design comprised both internal and external works that involved new windows and doors, wall demolition to make way for new rooms, as well as rendering and modernisation of the front facade.

The tenancy was completed with all new plastering, tiling, flooring, joinery, painting and lighting, with the addition of a new front fence and balustrade.
